Police in a statement said that on 25th of Jan 2019, Police kunzer received an information that some persons of village Panditpora have allegedly assaulted one namely Nayeem Ahmed in the orchards of village Naidbani Kunzer , and the injured has been shifted to PHC kunzer.
On this information FIR under the relevant sections of Law was registered and the injured was shifted to JVC hospital Srinagar for treatmen, where from the injured was referred to SKIMS Soura for further treatment, and on 29/01/2019 the injured Sccummbed to his injuries.
During the course of investigation the accused involved in the instant case has been arrested and are under custody on police remand.
