J&K Police Intensifies Anti-Drug Campaign with District-Wide Awareness Rallies & Programmes In Ganderbal

Ganderbal April 23: Under the Nasha Mukt Jammu and Kashmir Abhiyan, police in Ganderbal organized a series of Drug Awareness Rallies and Programmes across the district, reinforcing its commitment towards a drug-free society.

 

A Mega Rally was conducted at Kangan, commencing from Degree College Kangan and culminated at Boys Higher Secondary School Kangan. The rally witnessed enthusiastic participation from police personnel, civil administration, teachers, students, youth and general public.

 

Similarly, awareness drives were carried out at various Educational Institutions across the district to sensitize youth about the harmful effects of drug abuse. The main event was held at Degree College Ganderbal, where the Principal Degree College Ganderbal, DySP Headquarters Ganderbal, DySP DAR, faculty members, and students actively participated and pledged to work collectively towards eradicating drug menace.

 

J&K Police remains committed to its mission of eliminating drug abuse and urges the public to actively support and cooperate in this ongoing fight against narcotics.
