Ganderbal, July 2 (KNZ/TMJ): A 35-year-old woman was found hanging at her residence in the Waliwar area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Thursday, officials said.
An official told Kashmir News Zone–The Media Journal that the deceased was the wife of a local resident of Waliwar.
Police said they rushed to the spot after receiving information and initiated inquest proceedings.
The body was later shifted for medico-legal formalities.
The exact cause of death will be ascertained after the completion of legal and medical procedures, officials said, adding that further investigation is underway. (KNZ/TMJ)
