Baramulla: In a significant recognition of dedication, professionalism and exemplary public service, District Mineral Officer (DMO) Baramulla and Executive Magistrate Er. Zulfikar Mohd Shafi was honoured on the occasion of Independence Day for his commendable contribution to public administration.
