Fire breaks out in Srinagar’s Lal Bazar, residential houses involved

Srinagar, July 5 (KNO): A fire broke out in the Lal Bazar area of Srinagar on Sunday afternoon, involving two to three residential houses, officials said.

 

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that the blaze broke out in Lal Bazar area, where two to three residential houses were involved.

 

He said that on receiving information, personnel from the Fire and Emergency Services (F&ES) and the concerned police station rushed to the spot to carry out firefighting and rescue operations.

 

The cause of the fire was not immediately known. There were no immediate reports of any casualties.—(KNO)
