Srinagar, Aug 1 (KNZ): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday expressed profound grief over the demise of Shri Uttam Singh, a casual labourer with the Urban Forestry Department, Jammu, who was deputed at Lok Bhavan.

The Lieutenant Governor, along with the officers and staff of Lok Bhavan, paid heartfelt tributes to the deceased and conveyed his deepest condolences to the bereaved family.

He prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and strength to the family to bear the irreparable loss.

As a mark of respect, a two-minute silence was observed at Lok Bhavan in memory of the deceased.
