Kulgam September 14: Senior superintendent of Police Kulgam chaired a comprehensive Security Review Meeting at the Conference Hall of the DPO Kulgam, to assess the prevailing security situation and review ongoing anti-terror operations in the district.

The meeting was attended by Addl.SP Kulgam, DySP PCs, IC PCs, IC OCAPS and IC Markhore of Police Kulgam.

During the meeting, the SSP Kulgam conducted a detailed review of counter-terrorism preparedness. He stressed the need for heightened alertness, foolproof security planning, intensified area domination, and strong intelligence-based operations to ensure peaceful atmosphere in the district.

Addressing the officers, SSP Kulgam issued clear directions to deal firmly and decisively with anti-national elements posing threats to public safety, peace, and tranquillity. He reiterated zero tolerance towards activities inimical to national security and emphasized the importance of sustained and focused operations against such elements.
