Ganderbal, Oct 13 (KNZ/TMJ): A 25-year-old youth was found dead at his residence in Wani Mohalla, Kangan, in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district, reportedly following an alleged hanging incident.
An official told Kashmir News Zone–The Media Journal that the youth, identified as Basir Ahmad Mir, son of Abdul Ahad Mir and a resident of Wani Mohalla, Kangan, was shifted to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Kangan by his family members.
However, upon arrival at the hospital, the attending doctors declared him brought dead.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident. Further details are awaited. (KNZ/TMJ)
