Ganderbal, June 17: The Ganderbal Press Association (GPA) on Wednesday expressed profound grief over the demise of Rather Sayim, cousin brother of journalist Aqzar Raheel and a resident of Buserbugh Shuhama, who reportedly passed away following a heart attack.

In a condolence message, GPA President Ayaz Sofi and members of the association conveyed their heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family, particularly to Raheel, who is associated with several media organizations and is an active member of the association.

Describing the loss as deeply painful, the association said Sayim’s untimely passing has left his family, relatives, friends, and well-wishers in mourning.

The members prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and for strength and patience for the bereaved family to bear the immense loss.

“May Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings, grant him the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous, and bestow courage upon his family during this difficult time,” the association said.
