Hassan has seized 05 more commercial vehicles Bearing vehicle no’s: JK 04C-2019, JK 04E- 7325, JK 04A- 5928, JK 02U- 4094 and JK 02H- 9273 and arrested all the drivers namely Sajad Ahmad Mir S/O Sanaullah Mir R/O Beerwah Budgam, Firdous Ahmad War S/O Fayaz Ahmad R/O Nadiwanpora Budgam, Jan Mohd Rather S/O Ghulam Mohd Rather R/O Bemina Garipora Sgr, Manzoor Ahmad Bhat S/O Mohd Kazim R/O Bemina Goripora Sgr, Zahoor Ahmad Sheikh S/O Ali Mohd R/O Mazbugh Sopore and Bashir Ahmad Shagoo S/O Ab. Gaffar R/O Shalteng Qamarwari Sgr for defying the Govt orders in Ganderbal.
In other side another Police Party from Police Station Ganderbal headed by SHO Police Station Ganderbal INSP Khursheed Ahmad seized two Vehicles (tippers) bearing Vehicle No’s. JK01F- 1760, JK16-4247 and both drivers namely Farooq Ahmad Dar S/O Ab. Razaq Dar and Mushtaq Ahmad Rather S/O Ab. Ahad Rather both residents of Wahidpora were also arrested.
In this regard two FIR’s were registered as case FIR No. 97/2020 and 98/2020 U/S 188 IPC has been registered at Police Station Ganderbal.
Ganderbal Police once again requested the general public of Ganderbal to follow the restrictions imposed by Govt in order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 and those who are violating the restrictions imposed under 144 CRPC will be dealt strictly.
