Srinagar, Mar 30 (KS): Two persons, including a teacher, were on Saturday apprehended with a certain quantity of rice meant for mid-day meals in Ajas Bandipora district, an official said.
The official told Srinagar based news agency Kashmir Scroll that two persons, one a resident of Lone Mohalla Ajas and shopkeeper by occupation and another resident of Ajas Ganai Mohalla, a teacher by profession, were apprehended by police.
“A case vide FIR number 71/2024 under section 409 IPC has been registered against te duo for further proceedings,” said the official further. (KS)
