Thanks audiences for ‘Baby Do Die Do’ response

Srinagar, Jul 08 (KNO): Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi on Wednesday visited Srinagar along with the cast of her latest film ‘Baby Do Die Do’, saying Kashmir holds a special place in her heart as it is her ‘nanihaal’ (maternal home) and thanking the people of the Valley for the love shown to the film.

 

Speaking to reporters during the promotional visit to the INOX Srinagar movie theatre, Qureshi, as reported by the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), said the entire cast had travelled to Srinagar to express gratitude to audiences in person.

 

“First of all, my entire cast is here. We just came to say thank you to Kashmir because our film is playing over here, and we are getting so much love. So we wanted to come and thank you ourselves,” she said.

 

Huma mentioned her maternal roots in Kashmir, describing the Valley as her ‘nanihaal’ and saying that every visit brings back cherished family memories.

 

‘Baby Do Die Do’, directed by Nachiket Samant, is a crime-comedy thriller starring Huma Qureshi in the lead alongside Sikander Kher, Chunky Panday, Seema Pahwa and others. The film, released on July 3, has been receiving a positive response from audiences and is currently screening in cinemas across the country, including Jammu and Kashmir—(KNO)
